We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The staff are so friendly and happy to help with whatever is needed including my husband forgetting to pack a toothbrush! The location is great just 2 mins from Praterstern station with quick links to the airport. Also really close to Prater park. Breakfast was excellent with great coffee and lots of options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Very friendly, conveniently situated hotel with excellent breakfast. We opted for a 'comfort' room which was a good size for two people staying for four nights. I would certainly return if I was visiting Vienna again. It was an easy walk to two stations and the Prater park. Lovely staff.

Only good things to say about this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, and all speak English (a good point for unilingual English travelers like us). The lobby, spaces and rooms are well-cared for and up-to-date, while still retaining an "olde worlde" charm. The room (a double) was well-appointed and in good shape. Very close to underground line which is easy to use and gets you right into the Old Town in two stops, plus there is a stop for the "hop on, hop off" bus tours nearby (staff can direct you). Breakfast is perfectly adequate with a reasonable number of options, and the breakfast room was not too crowded, at least while we were there. Wifi is strong. One slight limitation: there is construction at the front of the building and the hotel is using their rear entrance as the main entrance temporarily. Our room faced the "courtyard" which contains the rear entrance and this made it a bit noisy early in the morning. Suggest you book a room that faces elsewhere while this work is going on. But this was a minor thing.

We're just home after staying here for four nights with our two young boys. We found it an excellent hotel - always friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk, clean, good value, well placed both for access to and from the airport and exploring the city.

Fabulous staff in a spotlessly clean hotel, ideally located a 20-30 minute walk from most of central Vienna, and next to a huge beautiful park in the Prater, with the Danube a short walk away too. Transport links are on the doorstep. The area has plenty of eating opportunities nearby, including Austrian style, Asian cuisine, cafes and bars, and most importantly great bakeries. The hotel is nice and peaceful, with little to no road noise or passers-by. A good spread for breakfast, and rooms that are adequately sized but tastefully appointed.
